Why given Iron and zinc supplements to baby is there any weight gain from this

A. hello. iron and zinc supplements are given to the baby only when the doctor prescribes them after thorough check up of your child. moreover there is no study of any kind of weight gain because of these supplements. if you are encountering any unexpected weight gain in your child then do consult your doctor once
