I completely avoid zinc and iron medicines for my baby since she reached 6 months age now she is 11 months old can I give zinc and iron to my baby is there any problem with what I did

avoid self medication. .i will advice you to consult your doctor for examination and to know any nutrition deficiency, he ir she will advice accordingly.
give him well balanced diet.
