A. it may be due to throat infection which affects ear.. you need to consult pediatrician..they will give antibiotics & ibugesic for pain relief

A. it may be otitis media here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your doubts further in proper way afnd it would be helpful .
