Why Dr Stop outside milk to my baby whenever he suffers from cold, loose motion or vomit?

A. it is stopped in case of only vomiting and loose motion and if there is abdominal pain because milk is a heavy diet which can aggravate the problem more that's why you have to take only easily digestible food during vomiting and abdominal pain and loose motion
