why do doctors advice to exclusively brest feed first 6 months? I remember for my first daughter I had started giving hard food by 4 months and also cow milk as I had to return to office..

Outside milk contains certain bacteria that can affect your child’s digestion, therefore not recommended before one year completion. Semi solids and water can be given to the baby after 6 months completion. If you are still concerned better consult your child’s doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
