A. May be due to teething during teething. there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. it will come intermittently for few days to few weeks and then will go away. usually teething pain doesn't come after 2 years of age with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums when the child is crying due to pain not resolving then you can give paracetamol which will also help in decreasing the pain long-term medicine on daily basis (homeopathic /allopathic )(they are painkiller)are usually not advisable.

A. good evening the child might be having gastric trouble as result of which the baby is so crunchia I would recommend you to try home remedies for example you can try to apply a little bit of hing on the stomach
