why did tongue of my 11 month old baby is wide all though there is no oral Thrush what should I do I have tried to clean it with the cotton cloth also but it mean as it is

If You are trying to say white then that could be accumulation of milk also you take a silicon tongue cleaner from the market and you can clean the tongue of the child whenever you’re giving a bath to the chair also you can use Oral-B toothbrush if you want to for the same
