how often should we clean the tongue of the babies to avoid oral thrush? and what's the right way to do it?

A. no she hasn't got any oral thrush yet. But I have heard if we do not maintain proper hygiene babies can develop oral thrush that's why I asked this question. so should I clean her tongue or just let it be??

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and if she is getting oral thrush repeatedly then see if her immunity is low and clean her tongue daily before bath
