A. The composition of breast milk is perfectly formulated according to the growth demands of baby. If the baby is breastfed frequently on demand with the correct latch, then she will gain healthy weight (double the birth weight by 6 months or less). Formula is high in calories and with bottle feeding babies are tend to be over fed leading to more rapid weight gain.
