why baby's head is hot during fever time? is it normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper no neeed to worry about the warm heaad palm and soles.
you have to consider it as fever only if the temperature in the armpit is 100f or more.
the warm head palms and soles are due to hyperdynamic circulation in these areas which is normal.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. the body temperature is usually warmer which is why sometimes even without fever you may feel that your child was suffering with fever that's very very normal so always measure it with a thermometer to have a clarity about it
