Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might be causing any type of allergy and just clean it with simple water and it should become normal on its own in next few days

Hello ma’am These pimples are very common these days with kids so I would just advise you if you are applying any kind of oil onto your child’s face don’t do it for a while and basically do not use any kind of product onto your child’s face for a while and see if they subside within a weeks time then very well and good otherwise consult your paediatrician
