A. You basically saying that the head gets angle so don’t worry once you get the head of the child shaved off it is going to go away

A. Tie up what do you mean by saying ties up hair tie up because you are tying the hair by using a rubber band or something apart from that what kind of ties up you’re talking about that’s not clear to me can you please elaborate your question
