why are we supposed to pull the nipples? I m in week 34 of pregnancy and my gynaec asked me to do so. is it really needed..this is bit painful

A. Hello dear No need to do. Probably because you are having flat nipples the doctor might have said so. But this may not have much of an effect . Don’t do it if it’s painful
