Why are nutmeg rubs with warm milk given to baby does it promote good sleep? Also how do we prepare nutmegrubs with warm milk?

you can give anything to your child.
try to make a routine for meals as well as sleep routine .. it will help you more

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in the family. Avoid outside foods. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
