why after delivery skin becomes so dulland blackish 2 yrs pass away though my skin is very dull and hand and leg so balckish

If you will take good amount of sleep ( which is not possible with toddler) and take very good care of skin ( applying face packs everyday ( this also nkt possible with kids) so skin quality does get poor.
