Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care gfalong with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

You Should consult A dermatologist if you need to otherwise I am going to advise you to prepare an onion coconut oil at home you can apply that regularly otherwise onion juice is also very good to apply postpartum hair fall is very normal and common so you try these home remedies otherwise you consult a dermatologist
