white patches on face, hands and neck. which sometimes turn pinkish red in colour. Any idea what it is.

A. Are associated with this apply cream or lotion and still if you do not see getting better then you should contact your doctor wants to know the reason accordingly they can provide solution to the problem that you are with your child
