white patches around mouth in 3 months old baby ..and he had cold cough and fever for almost a week ..

Maam you may need to check with your doctor to understand what are those patches associated with usually these patches are due to dryness or deficiency of calcium in the body but we cannot be sure without an assessment so please check with your doctor and for cough also you need to consult your doctor only
