White spots on the body and face could be some funhgal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba whihich is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturibsation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, these white patches are temporary and due to dryness in skin. Apply coconut oil on the skin and massage thoroughly. In few days baby's skinny will get better. Good luck and take care
