while exercising can we take oziva greens is it good for hair and skin ,bones

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. start anything after consulting your gynaecologist as well as paediatrician

Yes Lately I also heard a lot about this brand is if you want to go ahead with it you can but since you’re exercising an hour it is always better to take a consultation from your doctor or from your trainer who is helping you because they have better idea about the product so that available in the market
