while breathing sound observed and dry cough also coming during night time.. he want to sleep on stomach .. not able to lie down normal.. day time he active and take feeding

Try giving indirect steam inhalation twice a day. Give your baby warm water and warm freshly prepared homemade foods. Consult your child’s doctor for advice.
