Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for either painless vaccine or painful vaccine because both have got same effectiveness acnd efficacy and immunity. painless vaccines usually do not cause fever while in painful vaccine fever and pain will continue for 2 or 3 days. accorfding to your preference you can choose any one of them

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
