which type of foods will take during pregnancy? please suggest

A. Dear mom to be Eat a well balanced home cooked food. include all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables,nuts and oil seeds , eggs etc make sure to be well hydrated . avoid papaya and pineapple.

A. Hi mom Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, green vegetables, fresh fruit juice etc. Avoid eating papaya and pineapple during pregnancy. Take care
