A. hi green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, beans, dairy products etc almost all Healthy food items are important for Healthy growth of child. so , your child meal should consist of sabji, chapati, dal rice, salad, dairy product like curd buttermilk or milk
