For proper growth give all kind of cereals , pulses, milk, homemade butter, ladoos, snacks etc. A proper meal consisting seasonal cereals like besan, jowar, ragi in summers, all kind of seasonal fruuts and vegetables for vitamin and minerals and fat for brain and bone development.

Do tummy time
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
If baby take enough nutrients then no need for extra supplements
