If you want to give something which is genuinely healthy to be given to the child and I would recommend you to make a dry fruit powder at home and that’s what you can give twice to your kids you can give two teaspoons to both your kids twice in a day the older one you start with two teaspoons for the younger one make it 1 teaspoon twice twice in a day a pinch of of turmeric and little bit saffron and black pepper powder powder like pinch of it that’s going to be very healthy also very good for immune system
