external products wont help much in this case.
also change in hairfall pattern will be visible only after 3 to 4 months once you improve diet. any shampoo is ok

as I am using Babyhug brand products for my child and having good experience with it
I would suggest it only
it is free from harmful chemicals like paraben, phalates, phenoxyethanol, ethanolamine, synthetic Colors etc
