which power is suggested for feeding mother for better and increase nutritional milk for breastfeeding?

Mother should add more dairy products in a regular diet plan and you should start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing breast milk rather than this you should also add jeera and ajwain in your regular diet plan
