Effectiveness of the vaccinations are same it is not that you are giving some less effective or more effective vaccination which is that the logic behind vaccination that you mentioned is that the fever going to painless vaccination only .1% charge the fever may the fever usually does not come which is why these people prefer getting painless vaccination
