which one is best to take whole fruits or juice?

A. fruits are better because they will provide you with fibre which will be absent in the juices If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
