RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Oil is Just usually used to massage the body and hair of the child has got no connection with weight gain so any oil that you feel is healthy you can use olive oil almond oil coconut oil whatever suits you the best you can also use mustard oil if you want
