Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age.x regular massage of the back as well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area. if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination to fixnd the cause of delayed milestones

Completing the age of three it is going to be partially stable and by completing the age of six it is going to be totally stable the child is going to have an entire control onto the neck and the child will have a proper holding and stability into the neck
