Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes.
Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy prrotein of cow's milk .To start with cow's milk should be given than gradually you can shift dto buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixture of two .

Hello Both are good both have their own importance and nutritional value but it is only Go to be given to the child after the age of one year not before that so you cannot give any kind of animal milk to the child as of now you can just go ahead with formula feeding or tone pasteurised
