Mam it is not pain basically it is irritation in the gums so we suggest you to introduce tablet number 21 under homeopathy which helps in easing the process plus you can start introducing Babyhug Teether to the child you can deep freeze the silicon one and you can give it to the child it really helps a lot in reducing irritation in the gums
