once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor .
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month

Nothing to worry as long as your baby is accepting feeds and passing adequate urine. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
