which medicine needs to be given for cough and cold to 3.5 month baby boy

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give sinarest drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will ea+rt as symptoms resolve.
