How much dose of cetrizin and cough medicine should be given to 3 year old kid for cold and cough?

If your child is more than 14 kg and 3.5 if your child is somewhere around 12 to 13 kg then about 3ML you can give easily to the child from somewhere between 2.5 ML to 3ML depending upon what is the current weight of your child according accordingly you can give both the medicines
