hey dear, you can use Johnson's Baby Products. I'm using Cream,Lotion and Soap of the same brand for my baby .. it  nourishes and protects baby's skin from dryness. and yes  not any creams,lotion or Soap can Lighten or fair  a baby's skin, as a baby's skin color is determined by genetics..
