Hello ma’am Apart from teaching ABC to your child you have to teach phonics as well to your child from the very beginning so it would be best for you to start working on both the things together where in what you can do is teach a child in a playful manner. You can search some videos on YouTube like bounce patrol or something they will teach you how to teach ABCD along with the phonics of it
