ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Apply B-4 nappi ointment or sofirash cream or rash free cream 3 to 4 times /day over rash area. Avoid diapers and use cloth nappies, or if you have to use diapers than give diaper free time.

Hello According to me I would say nothing is better than Boroline anti septic cream so you can go ahead with that but it would completely depends as to how much are you maintaining hygiene when it comes to using diapers and when are you changing it and every thing it all plays a very important role
