ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. consult a doctor once personally Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom along with medication as prescribed by your doctor give your baby steam at least three times a day put nasal drops in nose for easy breathing put ajwain potli nearby him so that he can breathe easily keep his head elevated while sleeping you can rub Vicks on his foot or otherwise rub on his clothes
