Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune.Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato.Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa.
