ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for 6 months old baby, you can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

but never over feed or force feed her.
two small bowls of food each time (or as per.her requirements)
khichdi upma daliya sheera porridge etc
meshed vegetables and fruits
soups of tomato, drumsticks, moong, daal paani
probiotics like curd and buttermilk as per her suitability
