A balanced diet which includes all food groups like whole grains (jowar. bajra, oats, wheat)
Dal's, pulses, milk, curd. paneer, vegetables, fruits. nuts. non veg is best for child's growth
Include all food groups in baby's diet daily

I healthy food is something that consists of all the the food groups like carbohydrates fats proteins vitamins and minerals in adequate amounts as required by our body. for your child it is necessary to take all of this during the day in various forms like chapati dal fruits vegetables. to make the mail time interesting we can opt for beautiful cutlery and printed plates which attracts the child towards food. "Babyhug" has a good variety e of plates and cutlery which are very attractive to kids
