1.Eat balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products.
2.Drink plenty of water.
3.Exercise regularly.
4.Meditate and keep your self calm stress free... sometimes stress is the main cause for hair fall
5.Avoid shampoos and contdtioners with harsh chemicals, avoid heat for hair styling.
6.Massage your scalp with coconut oil.
7.Ask your doctor for supplements.

You should eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Use mild shampoo and keep your hair tied as much as possible.
