Coconut oil is the best for the baby both for massage and also for the hair..hair growth is genetic..at this age babies tend to have scanty hair growth.. gradually will get back to normal.. keep breast feeding the baby at regular intervals.. massage the baby's head in the night with some coconut oil and also give some tummy time to the baby.. keep changing sides of the baby
