Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincald) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent thed diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. You can use Boroline anti septic cream cream is definitely good for your child you can apply every two hours or three hours or whenever you are changing the diaper or whenever you are cleaning that area after urine and pooping
