Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods - milk, Diary products, Rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk,water and give direct frequent feeds.
Ask Paeditrician suggestion on formula milk brand he will suggest you according to baby age nan pro, aptamil are good.
