Q.
what can I do if my breast milk is not enough for my baby?.... is it okay if I gave him formula milk??... and how many times I can give my baby formula milk???

Your first preference should be on breast milk if your child is not full with that then you can give formula milk after that otherwise every alternate feed you can give one time rest one Time formula however amount of milk making according to that you can decide the amount of formula make
