Q.

My baby has completed 3 months and my breast milk is not enough for her can I give her formula milk and if yes how many times per day can I feed her

A. You can start with sixty ml for one feed and Try increasing the baby's feed by five or ten ml and see if he or she tolerates it without spitting or vomiting. Then slowly increase the quantity and the extend the interval between feeds. If the baby spits up or vomit then you have to continue with the same amount u give the baby now for few more days and then try again. Also there should be a minimum of half an hour gap between Breastfeeding and formula feeding. Don't feed them one after another immediately.
